Special thanks to Ms Julia Finn MP, Member for Granville and Mr Joseph Mekary, President of The Maronite Catholic Society, for joining us in celebrating another invaluable contribution our Zghartaweye descendants are imprinting on the Australian and Lebanese Tapestry of Literature.
Putting pen to paper is one of the first elements we learn as we widen our scope to communicate, following in our Phoenician ancestors who lead the way. Our authors have taken this skill and honed it into an art form expressing thoughts and emotions into words, taking us on a journey together. So many genres were appreciated from poetry, historical, religious, scientific, fantasy, biographical and comedy.
